About Me

Susanna lives in Dursley, Gloucestershire with her husband and three children.  She started baking at an early age with her mum, who was a talented Royal Icer and home baker.  When Susanna had children of her own she took on the challenge of baking and decorating their birthday cakes.  She taught herself new recipes and techniques and was soon asked to bake for family and friends.  Sanna's Cakes was formed in 2014 and her portfolio has grown year on year and she has completed The PME Professional Diploma and was awarded a Masters Certificate. (Tutoring under the Academy of cake decorating and Ribana Cristescu)

and the fun part of putting it all together!  Based at home I can fit around my busy family life and when I need an opinion on a cake I ask the most creative and brutally honest person I know - my 14 year old daughter!  Who knows maybe she will follow the family tradition?"
